Former governor of Jalisco will apply his "Blame it all on the referee" strategy now that he is a coach

The former governor of Jalisco is now ready to make his coaching debut.

"It's not that my team is playing poorly, it's that the referee has a plan. Just like in politics..." Alfaro declared after his debut as manager of a third-division team.
